The Binkie Thief

Payton has never really liked binkies. We have a few in her toy basket and occasionally we will turn around and she will have one in her mouth but not very often. After seeing her cousin, Hawk, with his binkie Payton has decided that we have been depriving her. She now loves binkies and tried and succeeded in stealing Hawks multiple times while on our Florida trip. 

Now that we are home she continues to like binkies and we get to see this at least 3 times a day:

A trip to Florida

My sister Tawny her Husband and their baby boy Hawk were going to Florida to go to Harry Potter land and Universal Studios and they invited anyone and everyone that could come. So Payton and I made the trip. (It was sad that Levi couldnt come :'( but it is busy season for him right now)
We had a connecting flight both ways..bummer right! So we flew to Dallas then on to Orlando and surprisingly Payton did VERY well! I was shocked. I had anxiety the whole week before about flying without Levi and taking Payton. But she was an angel. The baby foods in the squeeze pouches saved my life! I didnt take a lot of pictures because it was too hard so I will share the pictures that I did take :)

I loved the ocean! It was warm and lots of fun. Payton on the other hand just liked to eat the sand...

It was a blast and Im super glad that we were able to go. My only wish is that Levi could have gone with us. We also went to a wildlife park and got to see 3 alligators in the wild and a lot

 of really cool birds like the blue and white heron and lots of baby whistling ducks.

Random

I cant believe how the time has flow by. Payton is 9months old! How did that happen? Tean stayed the summer with us and is already gone. How did that happen!? I feel like someone is stealing my time away from me, its slipping through my fingers faster than water!
Payton can sit up on her own, she crawls on her knees though she prefers to army crawl, she has five teeth and she loves to eat food (right now she LOVES cheerios) She pulls herself up to a standing position and kneels all the time when there isnt anything to grab onto and stand. She is very smiley and has learned to wave goodbye and hello. She still gives kisses (sometimes licks) and has started to be bashful and tucks her head into my chest/neck when someone says hello to her. It is the CUTEST thing ever, and I get extra snuggles so I of course LOVE it, and we have started to introduce her to a "potty."
She is so much fun to be around I just love her to pieces.
She is 18.5 pounds and 28.25 inches long

Family Pictures in July

Since we had Tean here for the summer we thought we would utilize her for taking our family pictures since we still havent bought a remote for our camera. We went to one of the locations that we had maternity photos taken. It was a nice day but Payton started to get fussy so we didnt get the ones we really wanted. But we did get some nice ones.

There are lots and lots of pictures i know and most of them are in the raw (unedited) but I love them all :)
